After more than 10 years of development of electronic cigarettes, everyone has gradually established a certain understanding of the taste. The problem of sticky/burnt/peculiar smell is more and more concerned by customers or consumers. Based on the above needs, I will share with you below. , The problem of paste/burnt/peculiar smell is generally caused by the following reasons:
- 1: The output voltage of the battery rod/microphone is too high, and the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton are scorched when the oil guide is not smooth;
- 2: The discharge rate of the battery is too high, and the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton are scorched when the oil guide is not smooth;
- 3: The standing time after oil injection is not enough, the e-liquid is not fully transferred to the heating wire and the oil-absorbing cotton, and the heating wire and the oil-absorbing cotton are scorched by suction;
- 4: The oil and electricity do not match. In the later stage of smoking, the e-liquid will dry up first, the battery still has electricity, and the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton are scorched;
- 5: The viscosity of e-liquid is high and the fluidity is not good, which causes the oil-absorbing cotton to not guide the oil smoothly, and the heating wire and the oil-absorbing cotton are scorched by suction;
- 6: The density of the oil-absorbing cotton is high or it is not fluffy enough, which causes the oil-absorbing cotton to not guide the oil smoothly, and the heating wire and the oil-absorbing cotton are scorched by suction;
- 7: The diameter of the oil inlet holes is small or the number is small, which causes the oil-absorbing cotton to not guide the oil smoothly, and the suction will burn the heating wire and the oil-absorbing cotton;
- 8: The sugar/sweetener content of e-liquid is high, which causes carbon deposition on the oil-absorbing cotton, resulting in a sticky smell;
- 9: The design of the oil inlet hole is too high. When the oil volume in the oil cup is less than 1/3, the oil-absorbing cotton cannot absorb the e-liquid, and the heating wire and the oil-absorbing cotton are scorched by suction;
- 10: The design of the interference between the oil inlet hole and the oil-absorbing cotton is unreasonable, which causes the oil-absorbing cotton to not guide the oil smoothly, and the heating wire and the oil-absorbing cotton are scorched by suction;
- 11: Improper storage of e-liquid or expired shelf life, causing taste variation;
- 12: Accidental mixing of two or more e-liquids for various reasons, resulting in taste variation;
- 13: There is no wake up before oil injection, which causes the layering of the smoke oil, resulting in a big difference in taste;
- 14: The structure of the atomizer is designed to use glue, and the heating device will evaporate the glue, causing the glue to smell;
- 15: The surface of the insulating ring/silicone sleeve/sealing ring has oil stains such as a mold release machine, which may cause taste variation due to contact with e-liquid;
- 16: The iron-chromium-aluminum heating wire has a chemical reaction with the e-liquid, causing the suction to have a rust smell;
- 17: The plastic/silicone/glass fiber tube is too close to the heating wire, and the heating wire will be scorched when it is working, causing peculiar smell;
- 18: Structural design defects, the condensate flows back into the oil-absorbing cotton, causing suction odor;
- 19: The airway is not smooth, and the condensate accumulates less and more, gathers around the heating wire, and frys oil during suction, causing hot mouth and peculiar smell;
- 20: The density of the oil storage cotton is high, which locks some components in the e-juice, and fails to fully release and exert the original formula of the e-juice, resulting in peculiar smell;
- 21: Improper process arrangement or operation. Before oil filling, the PCBA or microphone head is activated to start the work to burn the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton;
